1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using the Nano Spark Designer extension or this website, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Nano Spark Designer is a browser extension that analyzes images and videos using third-party AI models you configure with your own API keys. We provide the extension software and an account system that manages your plan and access.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account credentials. Your plan, entitlements and account status are controlled server-side and may be changed or restricted at any time. Misuse may result in your account being disabled.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer the extension beyond normal use, attempt to bypass plan or access restrictions, tamper with stored access data to obtain unauthorized entitlements, share your account credentials, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Third-party AI providers
AI model calls are made through providers you configure (such as OpenRouter) using your own keys. Their terms, privacy policies and fees apply to those calls. We are not responsible for provider availability or the content generated by third-party models.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may require updates to the extension.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost prompts or provider errors.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
